Well, I don't come on here enough to justify having a paid account. So I canceled it. After 8/20 I'll have a plain ol' looking page again. Oh well. I don't really care at the moment. All I want to do is curl up and have a good cry.

I guess I should update over here since I'm paying for it, huh.

I got a new wig for Gavalyn yesterday. Here's a quickie.  OK, I've got an outfit to find so I can mail it off!

I finally got my CLOUD cd. I am so freaking happy. I can't believe I actually have one of their albums!

Here's the cover. The sweet looking boy all the way to the left is Hayato. He's my fav...<3 He plays Bass and chorus. He looks so lonely.



They are pure J-Pop, not hard I can't really compare them to anything. They are very mellow. The lead singer has the most lovely voice...You might recall the original Japanese opening to Yugioh...the song called VOICE. Yep, that's them. But don't let that scare you off. That a pretty awesome song in it's own right. The rest is just amazing. If anyone is curious I can share a few tracks.

In dollie news...London's head is getting shipped off Monday for his face up. Almost there!

So I got my Dreaming EL head last night. I'm so excited to have a Dreaming head. It's beautiful.
Next week or so he'll be shipped off again for his face up by the lovely Paragon Dove of DoA. She's amazing.

Anyway...not much else to say. Here's the pix.

Well,

I paid off London's new head and he's being shipped today. I'm so excited. I really need a wig and some eyes though...I haven't thought about what color his eyes should be. He's going to have a very dark face up and black wig, so I want something that stands out, like red or pink even. Technically Gav should have green eyes, but I don't have a nice pair for him right now.

Anyway...I'm off to get ready for work. I have my fingers crossed that London's head will be here before this weekend!

I feel so disconnected from my online friends at the moment. I have a bunch of stuff I want to write about but lack the motivation. I did manage it finally draw something decent.



I'd like to know what you think.

Making a really cute Argyle Sweater for Gavalyn today. I'll take pix later when it's done.

I found a seller who has a lovely lovely long black fur wig. I waaaant it soooo bad. I need to sell some of my stuff. I will be going through alot of my stuff to see what I can get rid of. I'm talking non dollie stuffs, like video games, manga, figures, books, jewelry...etc. I hope I can sell some stuff.

I need jeans, shoes, a wig and some eyes for London....this might take a while.

Forgot to add....I totally love my new layout! Hope you guys like it too.

I'm so glad the weekend is almost here. There is something major going down at the office today and while I'm not worried about myself, but I am concerned at the way others may react to it. I guess it's not a big deal but whatever.

Anyway! I got good news. My elastic has been shipped and I should be able to get Gav and London's bodies restrung this weekend. I can't wait.
I need to make mroe dolly clothes. I need to sell stuff in order to pay for London's face up when he arrives. I'm still so stoked that I'm getting a dreaming head. <3

OK enough chatter. I have to get ready for work.

Well, I got my dreaming head. Well, not literally. It's been paid for. I'm just waiting now for it to be shipped. Then it's off to Paragon Dove for a face up. It's going to be dark and moody. London will look ravishing, I can't wait.

Well, I guess I'm not getting that sleeping breakaway after all. I found a blank dreaming EL head that I PM'd the seller about. Very reasonable pricing. I want to get it a dark and moody face up.

I really wish I had more time to write. But work is calling and I am putting in overtime today.

I just fell in love with the most beautiful Breakaway Sleeping head....It's calling to me, I know. I just don't know if I want the commitment of a sleeping head. What can you do with it besides taking pictures of your doll always sleeping? I guess at some point I could have the head modded so the eyes are open...but the face up is so damn gorgeous. I'm torn. :(

Well, it's Monday and here is my first official post to this journal.
Over the past couple of days I've had some Doll Drama. I received a new CP body on Saturday and it was supposed to be for the Nanuri head I had been hording these past couple of months. This was intended to be London...But alas, the head didn't work well with the body after trying it on. And for some unknown reason the new body was strung so tightly I could barely bend his legs, and getting the s-hook up nearly killed my fingers.

In fact, at one point the entire hook slipped inside and we had a dismembered dolly all over the bed. I had to learn how to restring a doll in 10 minutes. I must say now that it's rather easy. Although it didn't help to have my fiance coming at me with a screwdriver saying "I'll fix him." ^^;

Anyway, long story short, I now have a body, and no head. I sold London's head yesterday on DoA. So I'm on the hunt for a new head. I'm looking for a CP Moon or another EL head. NS please. If anyone on the doll communities here at Lj know of any, please let me know. Thanks.
